ActionPoint are delighted to announce that we have been awarded with two prestigious Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards at Microsoft Inspire on July 16th, 2021.
Our work was shortlisted for both ‘Modern Workplace for SMB’ and ‘Cloud Native App Development’ and ActionPoint walked away with both awards.
The awards acknowledged the cutting-edge software and modern workplace IT Services delivered by ActionPoint. These included the FarmOps App, commissioned by Munster Bovine and the management of IT Services for Munster Rugby during the pandemic.
CEO of ActionPoint, David Jeffreys believes that these awards shine a light on the talent within the team:

Munster Bovine’s vision was to build a ground-breaking app that would analyse farmer’s data and provide real insights and recommendations to make a real difference.
The objective was to deliver a decision support solution to Irish dairy and beef herd owners that would be scalable into the future and carry farmers into a new age of herd management technology.
IT Product Manager at Munster Bovine, James Donovan, noted that it was ActionPoint’s passion and in-depth knowledge and experience in software development that has led to the success of FarmOps.
“We wanted to channel our veterinary expertise into an app that provided day to day task lists that would result in year-on-year gains for farmers who use the app. Working in partnership with ActionPoint’s innovative Software Team, we were able to deliver a revolutionary app to the Irish Agri-Sector which we can now continue to develop and enhance owing to the flexibility of the solution delivered by ActionPoint”, James said.
The Modern Workplace for SMB award highlights the continuous support that ActionPoint provides businesses who are operating remote or hybrid workplaces, such as Munster Rugby.
