Jonathan Bailie
Role at ActionPoint: IT support Engineer
What did you do before ActionPoint? Translink (Technical Analyst), Server Team Lead (Capita PLC), part of a team that delivered the largest cloud system roll-out in Europe, EOS Systems (IT Engineer) and a little known side-gig of Jonathan’s was life as a Club DJ, filling floors from Tenerife to Sydney while plying his trade in the IT industry.
Hobbies/Interests?
Jonathan still pulls out the decks from time to time but has shifted more of his time to producing rather than playing. Not just satisfied developing the freshest tunes, he also likes to mix it up in the culinary department with Indian Cuisine being his specialty. Word on the street is, Jonathan whips up a mean Pathia.

Damian Lee
Role at ActionPoint: Project Manager
What did you do before joining ActionPoint: Sports Science, SPorts Analyis Limited ran my own sports sofwtare businss for 10 years. Worked as a Project mNaager for another company (TQS) Masters in Sports Science, John Moore’s University in Liverpool. 8 years in England, ended up in leeds. got a thirst for Project Management. This was second bite of the cherry. All in all, it’s taken Damian 5 interviews to get in touch.
Hobbies/Interests: Sport, GAA Limerick man, Soccer (Arsenal fan).

Cauhgbtmy interest a few years ago. Great vibe from teh guys, ept an eye on the company. Award winning culture was something I always aspire to be. Innovative mindset fo teh Founders.
Ann McKenna
Role at ActionPoint: Office Coordinator
What did you do before ActionPoint? TE Connectivity (Office Manager), Eflexes (Recruitment Consultant), Limerick Travel (Travel Consultant)
Hobbies and Interests: Music (Fiddle player by trade), beyond traditional however, I’m a lover of Fleetwood Mac, Foi Vance and love to rock out to ACDC. Another side-project I work on is Dog-breeding, specialsing in Black Labradors. I also enjoy penning my blog and have tonnes of pics and updates from my clan of labs.” Ann is clearly a lover of dogs and believes that “Every house should have a lab!”
Why ActionPoint?
“I had worked at a company nearby and knew one of the Sales guys from ActionPoint. We decided to catch up for a coffee one day and he invited me for a look around the, then new office. I was really taken aback by the atmosphere and positive energy around the place, there was such a buzz! That visit stayed with me for quite a while after that coffee date and so, when this role was advertised, I was keen to join the Action (No pun intended).”
